Shipping and Policies


Shipping Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping fee PLUS the re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your item. If you wish to forfeit your item, you will be refunded your order MINUS the shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard processing time.

Shipping prices are based on the item you order and your location. If you order multiple items, the shipping price will be based on the the largest item in your order. If you order multiples of the same item, shipping prices may be multiplied depending on the weight of your final package.

I ORDERED MY ART, NOW WHAT? 

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to process. Artwork is produced, packaged and shipped when processing is complete. Once completed, tracking numbers arrive via email attached to specific order numbers and will arrive 7-10 business days.

I PLACED MY ORDER LAST WEEK, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

We do our best to get the artwork out as soon as possible. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed. Holidays and surplus of orders may have an effect on shipping time. If your tracking number and package says DELIVERED and has been sent to wrong address, please email aa.artdesign.co@gmail.com

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collective nature of art and art products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the damage. We may ask for photos in order to assess the damage.

Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
