Artist.

Designer.

Entrepreneur.

about the artist

Ashley Adams is a Black Latina woman fine artist and entrepreneur, a SoCal native inspired by nature and her own identity. The colors in her work are informed by her trademarked signature "Hues of Me" skin tone color palette. Her work is rooted in her experience of being a woman of color and parallels her existence in society–always seen in fragments, never whole.

Ashley earned her Masters of Fine Art degree in Design from California College of the Arts in San Francisco in 2017 and her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from California State University Fullerton in 2015. She is currently the Creative Lead of the Global Employer Brand Team at TikTok.

People around the world collect and showcase her art in their homes. Additionally, Ashley has exhibited her work in numerous galleries and shows across the nation.

Her ultimate dream is to inspire the youth and empower those who think they cannot pursue an artist career and journey.

Get In Touch

Because of Ms. Adams' generous donation, STAAR was able to raise several hundred dollars that went toward the purchase of art supplies for our students of color who participated in the art exhibition. Plus, she participated in an interview with one of our STAAR students to share her journey as an artist.

Her art speaks for itself and our attendees loved her contributions. She continues to prove her commitment to fostering the growth of young artists by being a role model to our community."
